What is an Innovation Partner exactly?
An Innovation Partner is an organisation that has been hand selected to test out SignOnSite on their construction projects. They will have a goal to improve their safety processes and digitise their systems. With an Innovation Partner, we aim to get them up and running and using SignOnSite all at a reduced cost in the first 3 years. As an Innovation Partner, your organisation will be celebrated and promoted to our wide network as a leader in the construction safety space. To be considered your organisation will need to:
- Have an annual turnover of £10m for your construction organisation
- Based in the Birmingham or greater West Midlands area

Is SignOnSite free?
SignOnSite charges depending on your annual turnover and sites in use. We don’t charge per head count which allows for flexibility for you, depending on how you wish to use the product. To arrange a quote, check out our pricing page. As an Innovation Partner, you will receive a discounted rate on the first 3 years of your subscription. Subscriptions are charged annually.
Does SignOnSite track users?
Your privacy is priority in the design of the method that the SignOnSite app employs to sign you on and off site automatically. SignOnSite cannot tell where you are within a site, or where you are when you aren’t on a site. All control still rests with you and your phone, which only notifies SignOnSite when it is on or off site. Click here to learn more about how we maintain your privacy.
